DigiPlus Interactive Corporation reported ₱8.3 billion in EBITDA and ₱8.9 billion in net income for the first nine months of 2026. The company said the net income figure includes fair-value gains from International Entertainment Corporation convertible bonds, while improved cost efficiency helped offset weaker revenue.
Operating indicators
Net gaming revenue after tax declined 17% year on year to ₱16.2 billion. Average monthly active users rose 3% quarter on quarter to 5.9 million, while monthly active bettors and depositors increased 5% to 4.9 million. Third-quarter EBITDA was approximately ₱2.9 billion, with the margin expanding to 22%.
DigiPlus attributed the margin improvement to more effective advertising and promotional spending, lower direct gaming costs and tighter operating expense controls. The company also reported ₱13.9 billion in taxes and regulatory fees paid during the nine-month period.
Market and affiliate relevance
The results offer a useful view of the Philippine digital gaming market, where user activity and profitability indicators are not moving in exactly the same direction. Affiliates evaluating local brands should track active users, net gaming revenue and promotional efficiency alongside headline revenue figures.
