German lottery brokerage Zeal Network SE reported a 22% increase in group revenue to €198.8 million for the first nine months of 2026. Growth reflected its core lottery business and the first consolidation of UK prize-draw operator SevenCanyon, acquired in July.

Acquisition contribution

SevenCanyon contributed €10.5 million in revenue during the nine-month period. Zeal’s “Others” segment, which includes the acquired business, increased revenue 241% year on year to €15.8 million. Group EBITDA rose 9% to €58.7 million despite one-off M&A costs described by the company as several million euros.

Lottery revenue increased 16% to €170.8 million, while lottery billings rose 10% to €915.1 million. Zeal also added more than one million lottery customers during the period, a 15% increase on the same period last year.

Strategic context

The acquisition is part of Zeal’s effort to diversify beyond its traditional lottery brokerage operations and reduce exposure to jackpot cycles. For industry observers, the results show how adjacent prize-draw and lottery businesses can contribute to a broader digital entertainment portfolio.
