2. Editorial independence
AffNova rankings, reviews, and complaint outcomes are editorial. Sponsored placements are clearly marked. We do not accept payment to alter editorial rankings.
3. Affiliate disclosure
We may earn commission when you click outbound to operators. This never affects ranking. Outbound affiliate links carry rel="sponsored".
4. Complaints registry
Affiliates can file complaints in good faith. False or malicious filings will be removed and may result in account suspension. Operator responses are published verbatim.
5. Banner content
Operators uploading HTML banners are solely responsible for the content, compliance, and legality of those creatives in target jurisdictions. AffNova reserves the right to remove non-compliant creatives.
6. Liability
AffNova is an information service. We are not party to the affiliate agreement between you and any operator. Always read operator terms before sending traffic.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid.
