BETBY Reports 33.4% Network GGR Growth as Active Players Surge

BETBY says sportsbook network GGR rose 33.4% year on year in Q3, while active players increased 82.7%, pointing to a widening gap between audience growth and revenue per user.

Sportsbook technology provider BETBY reported a 33.4% year-on-year increase in network gross gaming revenue for the third quarter of 2026. Active players across its sportsbook network grew 82.7%, while bet volume increased 31.9%.

Player growth outpaces revenue

The company also reported strong activity across BETBY Games, its esports product: GGR rose 32.2%, bet volume increased 45.4% and active users climbed 123.3%. BETBY attributed activity during the quarter partly to major sporting events and product launches, including SlotBets, Watch & Bet and User Chat.

The percentage disclosures do not include absolute GGR values. A comparison of the growth rates suggests that average GGR per active player declined during Q3, although this is an indicative calculation rather than a company-reported KPI. The mix of new operators, player cohorts and promotional activity may influence the result.

What operators and affiliates should monitor

For operators, player acquisition growth should be assessed alongside revenue per active player, retention and margin. Affiliates working with sportsbook brands can use the same distinction when evaluating traffic quality and the sustainability of acquisition terms.
