Super Group, owner of Betway and Spin, reported Q3 2026 revenue of $611 million, up 10% year on year, adjusted EBITDA of $165 million and profit of $142 million. UK revenue through Betway and Spin increased 13%.

Africa remained the group’s largest regional growth engine. Revenue there rose almost 17% to $262 million, including a 21.3% increase in iGaming revenue to $205 million. The region represented 43% of group revenue. Super Group operates in eight African countries, expects to launch in Namibia in 2027 and has applied for authorisation in Kenya.

UK tax and consolidation

CEO Neal Menashe told iGaming Business that the company believes its lean operating structure positions it to capture revenue as smaller UK operators withdraw or reduce activity following higher gambling taxes. He also warned that excessive tax pressure could push more activity towards unlicensed operators, weakening consumer protections and tax collection.

The company’s comments provide a view of how a larger multi-market operator is approaching consolidation and regional expansion. Its expectations are management’s strategy, not a confirmed acquisition pipeline or a forecast of competitors’ exits.
