Nsaa Play launches GH₵5 mobile raffle platform in Ghana

Nsaa Play has launched Chop Money in Ghana, offering GH₵5 raffle tickets through a website or USSD code, with the National Lottery Authority confirming authorisation.

Ghanaian company Nsaa Play Limited has launched Chop Money, a mobile raffle platform offering tickets priced at GH₵5. Customers can enter through the website or by dialling *2727# on a mobile phone, including basic handsets that do not require an app or internet connection.

The platform offers prize draws for items such as smartphones, electronics, shopping cards and everyday essentials. The first raffle is scheduled to begin in November 2026, with five winners due to be announced on 4 December.

Regulatory position and distribution

At the launch, a representative of the National Lottery Authority said Chop Money had met the required conditions and received authorisation to operate its raffle draws. That confirmation is important because the product is a raffle platform rather than a conventional casino or sportsbook.

The USSD route gives the operator access to customers using feature phones and may reduce onboarding friction. Its commercial performance will depend on distribution, repeat participation and the clarity of the draw rules and prize terms.
