iGaming affiliate group Raketech reported €5.0 million in revenue from continuing operations for Q3 2026, down from €6.2 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA remained at €1.2 million, while the adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 23.0% from 19.6% as the company’s lower cost base took effect.
The revenue decline reflects the planned phase-out of the Paid Publisher Network within SubAffiliation and softer performance in non-core markets. Raketech said its owned-publisher Affiliation Marketing revenue was €3.7 million, compared with €4.3 million in Q3 2025; Sweden improved both sequentially and year on year, while Denmark recorded strong annual growth.
Casumba liability reduced
The company also confirmed an agreement to settle the remaining earnout linked to the sale of Casumba Media for €8.2 million, compared with approximately €20.3 million under the previous terms. Completion is expected towards the end of Q4 2026. Raketech said the settlement should reduce net interest-bearing debt from €18.1 million at quarter-end to about €5.6 million and lower leverage to around 1.2 times adjusted EBITDA.
Management plans to direct cash flow towards debt reduction and investment in Sweden, Denmark and Italy, where it intends to expand industry and sports media and strengthen its sub-affiliation capabilities.
