Regulatory
- Germany: The GGL confirmed three new online casino licenses, bringing the total to 31 active operators. Betano and Unibet are among the newly approved.
- Ontario: iGO published Q1 market data — total handle up 22% YoY, mobile share hits 78%.
- India: The GST council deferred a decision on online gaming tax rates for the third consecutive quarter. The 28% rate remains technically in effect but enforcement is inconsistent.
Operator news
- 888 Holdings rebranded its affiliate program to Evoke Partners following the corporate rebrand. Existing IO terms are unaffected.
- Flutter confirmed it will not enter the Brazilian market before Q3 2026 despite holding a license application.
- Betsson acquired Polish operator STS for €175M, expanding its CEE footprint significantly.
Affiliate program changes
- Mr Green reduced its standard RevShare from 35% to 30% for new affiliates from May 1. Existing partners grandfathered.
- Casumo raised its CPA in the UK market from £90 to £115 effective immediately.
- Kindred Group (Unibet) extended its zero-wagering welcome offer indefinitely after a successful three-month pilot.

Three programs approached us this week offering above-market CPA for Brazilian Portuguese traffic — Betano (R$380), Bodog (R$310), and a newer operator we're still vetting. We'll report back once we've confirmed payout reliability.
