These are terms that aren't available by signing up through a program's standard self-service portal — they're negotiated directly with affiliate managers for affiliates who commit traffic volume.

How AffNova exclusive deals work
We negotiate directly with affiliate program managers to secure enhanced terms for AffNova publishers. In return, we ask that affiliates who take up these deals commit a minimum monthly volume (typically 50-100 first-time depositors per month) and use AffNova's tracking links so we can report performance back to the operator.
The enhanced terms we typically secure include: higher opening revenue share tier (bypassing the lowest entry level), CPA uplifts of $25-50 above standard rates, no negative carryover terms for affiliates who didn't previously have them, and faster payment terms (biweekly instead of monthly).
