Light & Wonder reported third-quarter 2026 consolidated revenue of $824 million, down 2% year on year. Growth in gaming operations and iGaming was offset by softer gaming-systems and SciPlay revenue.
Its iGaming division generated $97 million, an increase of 13% from the prior-year quarter. The company attributed the result to continued growth in first-party content and expansion of its North American partner network. Wagers processed through its iGaming platform reached a quarterly record of $31.7 billion.
Content and margin trends
iGaming adjusted EBITDA increased 9% to $37 million, although the segment margin fell by two percentage points to 38%, reflecting changes in revenue mix and investment costs. The wider group reported net income of $133 million, up 17%.
The figures show a contrast between a softer overall quarter and continued double-digit growth in the digital segment. For operators and content partners, the record platform wagering volume and expansion of first-party titles are the more direct indicators of Light & Wonder’s online momentum.
