Genius Sports raised its full-year 2026 outlook after reporting third-quarter revenue of $269.9 million, up 62.3% year on year. Adjusted EBITDA reached $87.1 million, while income from operations was $10.4 million, marking the company’s first quarter of positive operating income.

The group recorded $54 million in free cash flow during the quarter and a net loss of $15.7 million, an improvement from $28.8 million in Q3 2025. The company’s results reflect the enlarged business following its acquisition of sports media company Legend, so the revenue increase should not be read as purely organic growth.

Prediction markets add a new commercial channel

During Q3, Genius Sports announced partnerships with Kalshi and Polymarket and launched Prediction.com, a comparison platform for prediction-market probabilities and event contracts. It is seeking to use its existing sports data and integrity infrastructure across this growing segment.

Genius now expects 2026 revenue of $1.015 billion to $1.035 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $287 million to $297 million. The revised outlook is relevant to operators and affiliates because the company is expanding its commercial footprint beyond traditional sportsbooks into prediction-market services and media.
