Caesars Entertainment has launched Caesars Rewards Empire Builder, a progression-based loyalty feature available across Caesars Palace Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino in eligible US jurisdictions.
The new programme allows players to accumulate Tier Credits through online casino and sports betting activity, progressing through a monthly rewards system that unlocks bonuses and incentives. A progress meter tracks activity and resets each month, offering players new opportunities to earn rewards.
Available incentives include Reward Credits, Tier Credits, Casino Bonus Cash, Bonus Spins, Sports Bonus Bets and Profit Boosts. A new Reward Credit Boost feature also awards additional credits based on a player’s Caesars Rewards tier status and progression.
“Players increasingly want rewards experiences that feel engaging and interactive, not just transactional,” said Eric Hession, President of Caesars Digital. “Empire Builder is our first feature that is tailored specifically for our digital players that harnesses the power of Caesars Rewards, while creating a curated way to engage across Caesars Palace Online Casino and Caesars Sportsbook & Casino.”
Reward Credits earned through Empire Builder can also be redeemed across Caesars’ wider North American hospitality and gaming portfolio, including hotel stays, dining, entertainment and casino experiences.
The launch further integrates Caesars’ digital gaming platforms with its established land-based loyalty programme, connecting online wagering activity with rewards available across its resort destinations.
