A fragmented marketing setup can create a management challenge for iGaming operators. When responsibilities are divided between multiple contractors, coordination takes time and inconsistencies can slow campaign launches.

A full-cycle marketing agency able to handle the range of services operators require could ease those frustrations. That was the opportunity identified by mr.Booster.

The agency initially specialised in media buying and video advertising, before rapidly expanding into services including SEO, retargeting and brand protection. This brought work across the marketing funnel into one operation.

“Since all in-house teams work tightly together, everyone sees the full picture of the project rather than isolated tasks,” says Leonid Pudov, chief executive of mr.Booster. “This approach leads to fast launches, unified analytics, immediate troubleshooting and campaign optimisation.”

The expanding supplier – which also works with clients across other industries, such as fintech, e-commerce, and Web3 – combines the expertise of its in-house marketing teams with its own technology products. The mr.Booster Ad Platform enables clients to launch advertising campaigns, while Retarg supports retargeting and retention. BrandDuck identifies branded search traffic being captured by affiliates, competitors and other third-party websites.

The agency’s “Hybrid Intelligence” model uses AI to optimise and accelerate high-volume workflows. More than 130 specialists set strategy, make key decisions and remain accountable for performance, supported by over 200 AI agents. These automate processes across campaign execution, localisation, search engine reputation management and SEO monitoring. The agency says this allows one SEO specialist to monitor dozens of websites.

Building the capacity to deliver

mr.Booster’s expansion has been turbocharged, and its offering to clients has developed, since joining international business group RedCore a year ago.

The agency had outgrown its startup phase and faced the challenge of supporting a larger business. The RedCore partnership offered an opportunity to build on its existing capabilities.

“We already had the technology, an experienced team and proven marketing solutions,” says Pudov. “But our partnership with RedCore has allowed us to accelerate our growth, expand our capabilities and move towards a larger-scale business model.”

During that first year with RedCore, mr.Booster’s client base grew from 60 to 200 and its relatively small team expanded significantly. The agency now operates worldwide, with significant activity in the CIS, Europe, Australia, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. Its next phase of growth includes expansion into more Tier-1 markets.

“RedCore became our partner not just for funding, but to offer real opportunities for scaling with less risk,” says Pudov.

From acquisition to retention

mr.Booster also addresses a persistent challenge for operators – getting more value from the traffic they already attract. Based on campaign observations across selected projects, the agency says a substantial proportion of users may leave the funnel before making a first deposit, creating an opportunity for compliant re-engagement.

Retarg, mr.Booster’s acquisition and retargeting platform, helps operators reconnect with users who have dropped off at a particular stage of the funnel through precise audience segmentation and multi-touch campaigns. The platform operates in full accordance with applicable privacy and marketing communications laws.

“[Our] approach prevents marketing budgets from going to waste and has the potential to increase player LTV”

Campaigns target only eligible users, subject to responsible gambling requirements, self-exclusion restrictions, marketing preferences and local regulations. Clients can manage campaigns themselves or use mr.Booster’s team for strategy, creative production and ongoing optimisation.

In one of the agency’s case studies, an iGaming brand operating across Latin America and the CIS used Retarg to develop different messages for three distinct groups. Campaigns targeted players active within the previous seven days, users inactive for 60–180 days, and those who had never deposited. Users received only permitted promotional messages, re-engagement communications and other incentives compliant with local requirements.

Pudov reports that registration-to-deposit conversion rose from 10% to 25%. In Latin America, the cost per first deposit among users who had never previously deposited was $4.06 – around a tenth of what he estimates it costs to acquire a new player in the region.

“Ultimately, this approach prevents marketing budgets from going to waste and has the potential to increase player LTV,” says Pudov, referring to lifetime value.

Protecting the demand operators have already created

Another focus for mr.Booster is helping operators who lose potential customers before they reach their website. After investing in awareness, a brand may find that searches for its name lead users to affiliate pages, competitors or other third-party results instead of its own sites.

Searches for a brand followed by “login” or “promo code” indicate high intent. Pudov says industry case studies, including mr.Booster’s own, show that affiliates and competitors can capture more than 40% of this high-intent branded traffic when the search engine results page (SERP) is left unmonitored – diverting demand the operator’s own marketing helped generate.

“Failing to protect branded search terms inflates acquisition costs,” says Pudov. “You have already paid to acquire a user, but someone else gets the conversion. Many brands then have to pay to acquire the same user again – effectively paying twice.”

“You will definitely see us broadening our scope in many ways next year”

mr.Booster’s BrandDuck tool helps teams identify that exposure by monitoring the top 100 results for branded searches and classifying URLs by type. Structured reports help marketing teams investigate problems and coordinate action with partners.

Pudov points to an Australian iGaming client whose branded Google results featured third-party review sites, affiliate domains and competitors in prominent positions. Using BrandDuck, mr.Booster monitored results daily, identified leakage and compiled evidence for formal complaints. The agency also built a network of supporting websites to increase the client’s presence in those results.

“This ongoing SERP maintenance, plus a satellite network we’ve built to dominate top positions, allowed us to reclaim 60% of branded search results and bring acquisition costs down to $44 per deposit,” Pudov adds.

Broadening the industry’s marketing toolkit

mr.Booster’s next phase will combine expansion into Tier-1 markets with further development of its own products and sub-services. Pudov says the agency is broadening its client base beyond the CIS, targeting Latin America, North America and other regions, while also pursuing projects outside iGaming.

The ambition is to deliver more end-to-end marketing projects, giving partners access to coordinated support as they enter new markets or expand their campaigns. Alongside that agency work, mr.Booster is preparing to make BrandDuck available as a standalone product.

The agency will also extend its use of AI across traffic acquisition, marketing, design, internal workflows and software development, while recruiting more specialists to support its expanding geographical reach and range of work.

For partners, that means combining new technology with the expertise and capacity to support their changing marketing needs.

“In short, we don’t plan to stick to a single focus area, so you will definitely see us broadening our scope in many ways next year,” says Pudov.

Even as the offering grows, mr.Booster’s focus remains the same – connecting acquisition, re-engagement and brand protection so operators can get more value from the demand they create.
